After we first made contact with Bill and Judy Stephens, we set up an appointment to meet with them and to allow ourselves to get acquainted. They were prepared with their presentation and were good listeners to understand our needs. Our situation was to sell our townhouse while making a purchase of a new home. I imagined it to be a long and painful endeavor, but Judy and Bill reassured us that they could make it happen real fast and painless. Unbelievably, they accomplished it. One asset to work with Bill and Judy is that they know the Eastlake, Rolling Hills and Otay Ranch neighborhoods really well. In just over a month we prepared out home for sale and they also met with us countless times to look at homes for sale. Bill always did an outstanding job of screening and visually inspecting homes that we were interested in and gave us educated recommendations. After finding a home that we were interested in, they were well calculated and determining how we should bid. We had some ups and downs in our efforts, but finally a deal was in the works. While they spent a good amount of time preparing our townhome for Open House; they also worked diligently with getting our new home. Finally after just over a month, we sold our townhome and Bill and Judy also arranged for us to rent back our townhome for a month while escrow had begun for our new home. The month passed, escrow closed and me and my family were happy new home owners. I could not say thank you enough to Bill and Judy for such a remarkable job they have done for us. They are truly the best and most reliable choice to make them your future agents.
